An Inconvenient Truth is a documentary about Al Gore's work to highlight the problem of climate change.

In a semi-autobiographical way, Al Gore presents the arguments for climate change being the result of human activity against his own journey to understand the roots of the globe's environmental crises. Using excellent graphics, and stirring footage of the effects of climate change, he provides a comprehensive scientific argument as to why climate change must be at the top of the worlds economic and political agendas.

Following the film, Paul Mobbs will give a short talk on climate change in the UK: how much carbon dioxide do we emit, where from, what can be done about it, and what might happen to the UK's towns, coastlines and natural habitats in the future?
