Summary text/ abstractThere seems to be a lot of confusion about the latest breed of radical. Governments fear them. Corporations and global organizations gird their systems against them. Information security companies sell us products intended to stop them. The media tell us stories about them: they're terrorists, or they're radicals, they're aligned with hostile governments, they're disenfranchised.
