The Hearing at the High Court

Monday 19th April, 1999

People gather for a 'fair hearing' outside the High Court in The Strand, London. People who possess copies of the genetiX snowball 'Handbook for Action' seek to be heard by the High Court to prevent Monsanto including them on their injunction.

The five main defendants appear for a photocall.

Support come from many organisations - and vegetables.

The campaign is supported by the group Seize the Day who perform their song 'Food 'n' Health 'n' Hope' (the title is taken from Monsanto's PR campaign - you can download this from the Seize the Day website).

The party atmosphere moves around to the corner from the High Court's main entrance to the building where the injunction is being heard. Everyone 'queues for justice'.
